Zorst Problem

My zorst system keeps making strange retelling and vibration noises when I put my foot down, as if the zorst is about to drop off I had a look under the car on the weekend and it all looks clean and new. (except for the tiny rust spots on the Big Bore)From the manifold to the back box looks good, its not touching anything and the brackets look good too. but I cannot work out where it is coming from Any ideas guys:-/

its supposed to make them noises mate! thats the idea of a performance exhaust!
or it could be some holes, or sumthing mite of flown in there *lol*

Macca...If you heard it i think you would agree that its NOT supposed to sound like that. ive only had the exsaust 1 year and its only started doing this in the last 3 months. So i dont think its supposed to be doing that.

someone shoved stones in yer tail pipe? or if you've been drivin on gravel may somehow have got inside pipe work? When accellerating fast the estra gasses will move them, bounce them around. Other than that, small hole between underside and zorst top (although you'd probably smell it). Feeling sleepy recently???

my exhaust use to rattle so I took the heat sheild off the back above the back box and its fine now

Thanx guys im gonna take off the zorst and check for stones. I also think that its touching my rear bumper too. which may account for the squeeking noise it also makes.

my exhaust does the same . it turns out that the exhaust has melted the sleeving off the brake cable and it is rattling off the exhaust only when released ( when loose ) . check that cable m8
