Not many at all.
If you dont have central locking, elec windows.
Fook all really.

Just a few down the passenger sill trim area.
None under the carpets.

The sound deadening is a bastid of a job, i gave up lol

only electric windows but i put that in and ran it all behind the dash, wats best to get the sound deadening out with? is it on the roof aswell?

There should be pretty much no wires under yours then.
Just the rear lights, heater back window wires under the passenger sill trim.

Tis on the roof too iirc.

I just went at it with a wallpaper scraper, and it came up ok under the rear seats. But the front was stuck down well, and i gave up as tiny bits just kept breaking off,Lol.

It comes up easier with a heatgun, but that leaves more sticky mess on the floor.

 cant decide on half ish stripped, or stripped and carbon panneled

And some wires running to the fuel tank.

The roof has a thick fabric style sound deadening I believe, not the same as the red crap on the floor.

Edit: You replied while I was typing, just strip it out fully and see if you like it - If not, put a few panels in to tidy it up.

Its only a 30min job remove the interior anyway.
And the bare floor looks quite cool when painted up.

yea, just the headlining i was worried bout really, and the a,b and c pillars that are full of random holes, gonna give the carpet a go though, is it just tucked under all the trims?

Adam

Yep.
Just the trims and the center console hold it.
O, and the front seatbolt anchorage bolts.

bieransri

Id recommend wearing a mask over your mouth and nose when removing the roof stuff. :thumb:

In the front, there just a central locking/elec window loom (if applicable) and the handbrake light cable, thats it. In the rear, just the one wire to the fuel sender.

You can see how i done mine:

Cross over of elec window loom from driver to passenger side

lotns, is that yours now? thought you had totally stripped yours now?

looks quite well half carpet half not, just unsure what the headlining looks like in a half stripped car if it looks odd or not

It really is unbearable, maybe if i had a decent stainless exhaust i'd keep it like that.
The ashley is just too annoyingly raspy with the current engine to have it stripped as a everyday car.
