iv seen sum pics of sum nova 8v engines without the big mass air flow metre.

is this possible? if so how?

The C14SE and C16SE (1.4 SRI and 1.6 later GSI) engines use a MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor instead of an AFM (air flow meter).

can you swap from the afm to the map?
