im not sure about an astra engine on the nova months but if you used 1.6 nova engine it would just be a stright swap as that what i did in mine
go back to mig :p lol
"should" be a small block 1.6 so its the same as fitting a 1.6 gte/gsi nova engine.

on way back there now lol thanks guys its my neighber doing it and asked me to put up a post so thourt i would put one on here as its a nova so a nice easy swap then thats what i like lol
he will need to fit the 1.6 gearbox too as the bellhousing on the 1.2 box wont go over the clutch/flywheel.
worth noting that hes going to need an MPI fuel pump to supply the fuel.
It could be a 1600 spi.
What model nova is it?

Say if it was a mk1 1.2 carb.....
It would need a:
Fuel tank from an injection (with internal or external depending on
fuel line from injection
Gearbox to match the 1.6
What else?
Would it need anything else if the engine was from a mk2?
1600 manifold/downpipe and exhaust system.

Are you a Mod on here? If so can you split the thread with my responses into a new thread?
