whats the bes way to have rear arch repair pannels fitted and pics would be great

Im not a panel beater.
But afaik, you use the least amount of the repair panel as possible.
So just cut off the old rear arch until you have good metal to weld to.
Then cut out the new repair piece.
Line it up.
Do multiple stitch welds to build up a continous seam, then grind the weld down flat, and smooth over with filler.
Also needs welding to the inner arch, spot welds iirc.

I think thats pretty much it anyway.

thats about right lltn altho it isnt welded to the inner arch, it is just bonded

yes bonding is fine, pretty much every car we have into the bodyshop is bonded
