10cm as said, but I found the drivers side dash one to be impossible to reach to replace, and when replacing the rears I found I had to use spacers as the hole they fit in is too small, and my pioneers protrude outward a little.

Just to check, the Mk2 uses the same size, right? Can't remember what size I had in my old saloon.

Yes I think so, definately 10cm up front in a mk2.
