hello i fitted me frontra initercool but it sticks out of the bumper coz the bottem cross member got a point and wont let it go bk any more any idears how get around it

Yeah, cut the crossmember back flat, then box it back in.

Got a 2.8 Frontera ic on mine, as those guys said you've gotta chop a recess in the cross member.

Also welded on a couple of brackets to hold the ic in place, just drilled & tapped the 2 end bits that stick out on the ic ...

is the frontera the best choice lads? need 2 get 1 for mine soon??
what year frontera and engine size fits best?

Depends on what kinda power your going for, running Phase 2 on mine without any probs, there pretty cheap and fit really well to.
If you do get one make sure its the 2.8 ic as its abit taller than the 2.3 one.
