14NV Nova Cam Info?

I've got a 14NV cam in my 1.4SR at the mo (the standard cam for the engine) just wanted to know some info on it, as much as poss please!

Around 250deg duration iirc.

Yeah well i might be getting Nick's old cam and wondered what the difference was. Ta anymore info would help
