whats the deal with this? is it just prepped the same as a normal panel?

yes, rub it down, primer, spray.

Just whatever you do, when you rub it down, DO NOT break through the resin so the carbon weave is exposed!!

excellent cheers, wasnt sure as the guy sells it normal, and then with a gel coat for painting? gel coat one is more expensive so id be fine painting over the normal stuff?

yeah you should be, altho why youd want to paint over it is beyond me lol

its only really incase i dont like the contrast between the carbon and white, i probably will but if not i can paint it and still have carbon
