Most ISP's nowadays operate dynamic IP addresses, all you have to do is disconnect and reconnect to get a new ip address. There are proxy sites out there that hide your ip, but they don't always offer full functionality.

I remember when I set up the voting sites for the NL Awards last year, I tried a few tests before choosing a hosting site to check for cheating with different ip addresses, cookies disabled, proxy servers etc and some of them still managed to detect a double vote.

Yep, just fill it with valid (assuming it validates; although the fact it doesn't return a "please fill in ..." message probably means not) but spurious data.

If they manually validate/verify the data, they'll probably discount the vote, but meh. Rather that than passing my personal info over to some place which appears not to have a clear privacy policy!

bad news im afraid, she didnt win so no pictures of titties to perv over lol

however, its caused a bit of contraversy (sp?), apparently the winner was announced on friday morning live on the breakfast show,8am, (nadine i think it was), but the voting lines/internet thingy didnt actually close till 4pm on friday. so understandably the other 4 girls who didnt win werent happy bunnys.......the winner was decided before the voting had finished!
