I'm currently running a NVO 52 ( i believe)
Sports ' R '1500-5500 6.73 Cam lift 11.37 Valve Lift 262 Deg
And am about to purchase a AST2
Sports ' R '3000-7000 6.09 Cam lift 10.30 valve Lift 290 Deg
..
I have a basic idea that The longer the duration, the longer you get valve lift for ?
So my current cam has a mm more lift, for a shorter duration.
So what's this going to do to performace ?
Thanks. Please correct any of my data/ideas lol
Edti - My engine is a 1600cc on a Moderatly modified bottom end (L&B e.t.c) Headwork (standard valves) T40's and 4-1 Manifold/Exhaust.
It's been RR'd at 140hp (which i know is too high.. i'd imagine its around 125-130hp max )
