Hi There
Can Anyone Help Me. Am Trying To Put Mk2 Clocks Into A Diesal Van Not Sure where The Wire Needs To Connect To On The Engine for the rev counter as there is no coil
Any Help You Be Good Thanks

you wont do it, you need some other TD clocks, ?25 will get you some with 98K on and rev counter, plug in and go ;)

lol That proper cracked me up!
I think the diesel rev counter is cable driven as opposed to an electrical signal (12v). Baxter will correct me.

they are electric but they run from a vacum from the alutinator (sp)

they mount diff and the plugs are diff ;)

Bought A Whole Diesal Nova And Broke It Got Some Clocks Now They Work Fine Thanks Baxter
Does anyone have diesel clocks with a rev counter?
Also, does anyone know if i can fit a digi dash to a TD?

i havent got a clue, however reading what i have just read above i doubt it would be possible. It has already been mentioned that clocks from a petrol nova will not work due to the difference in rev counter operation. So im guessing that the Astra clocks(being mostly same as nova clocks) will not work.

Ah well.
If anyone has mk2 td clocks with a rev counter and the bit to run to the alternator then i'd be interested.
