Engine Change

Just wondered how hard it would be to change a 1.2 to a 1.6 GSi engine, Also what bits would be needed.

Is it a 1200 carb or injected/

You'll need the 1.6 engine, loom, ECU etc. Also GTE/GSi fuel tank, pump and probably fuel lines (for return?). Will bolt straight in the 1,2s place and simply wire it up with 4-6 wires which have been covered in previous threads.

Most of its covered but you can retain your original shafts (if donor engine has none) and even use your original mounts (if donor engine has none)
