Honey Combe Mesh?

As seen in the mk4 astra and zafs etc..

i want some to mesh my big mouth Gsi bumper.

any idears were i can get some?

someone said my local dealer.. will it be dear? how much will i need? its for this bumper..

When you say dealer, you mean Vauxhall? I'd have thought they'd only sell fitted stuff for later cars, which probably won't fit without trimming. Best bet would be to find some aftermarket mesh and cut to fit, I've seen honeycomb stuff before but can't think where - try chav parts suppliers like speeding, DCP, larkspeed, potn etc.

Would need to be trimmed to fit but zafira honey comb is the way forward for a factory look.

the bumper used to have something simler in it before with standerd slats until some1 cut them out and then got rid of the mesh

this isnt honeycomb - its chav mesh (sorry for anyone thats got it in their cars)

TBH you'll be pushed to find a bit big enough. If you can afford it you could get a sheet of metal laser etched (like the circle stle metal above) - costs about ?50 for a biggish sheet iirc.

you might also find a suitable sizrd bit here that you can butcher -

and joking aside your house radiator covers come in big sheets of blank metal - could be used (some honeycombe shapes in there) - you can get that lot from B&Q!

Lol that Polo GTi grill is only ?27.something at VW dealers.

EDIT: Also the mesh in my grill is from speaker mesh, same stuff as the metal, just lots cheaper

I got mine (Chav Mesh, lol) from Regal of all places, got it at PV the other year for about ?9 (?) plenty enough to do a bumper & grill.
Black mesh looks fairly subtle imo ....

Ade thats the stuff i want, but i need alot more of it, as its for the bigmouth in my bumper aswell as abit for the lower splitter..

It's a bit thicker than normal stuff and a bit harder to bend but imo it looks better :thumb:

BTW why do people cut down laguna splitters? they look way better like that^
