Dash conversion

Whats the hardest part of converting a mark 1 dash to a mark 2 is it relativly straight forward because my dash is lookin crap and i'm thinkin of replacing it. Any comments/tips/hints welcome

No the worst bit is getting the steering wheel off, I had to remove the wheel and columb complete and twat the wheel off with a big hammer.
