Petrol Boost valve on XE?

What exactly are these and are they of any use at all??

I was given one and have yet to own a car it would fit, leta lone be of any use.

So i said my mate could have it. He has a Cav GSi 2000 16v

Any ideas?

FSE's are rubbish and gain you nothing.... if your standard one is working then leave it there :D

all it is is an adjustable fuel pressure regulator
