hey got a set of buckets i had fitted in my mondeo but now thats gone and got the nova thought id put them in i dont have subframes but could i bolt them on to te existing subframe? any tips on this would be much appreciated

Depends on the seat I think. I've heard success stories of some seats being bolted to an SR/GTE subframe and bolting straight in.

all went ok the novas being turned slowly into a tarmac rally style car so the passenger runners were angle grinded off so the seats on the floor and the drivers side just needed to new holes in the runners to fit so all good thanks for your help.
