Hi guys i am gonna ask THAT question i just need to know how much i could sell my car for. Its had a full engine rebuild arp bottom bolts new shells, full sportex system and 4-2-1manifold ,skimmed ported and polished 1.6 gte head, newmann fast road cam, twin webbers irmsher inlet manifold facet fuel pump and regulator currently running at the 113 bhp and 110lbft, runs 16's at the santa pod and could do better. Shell is ok there is no visible rust on the car and the paint is original but looks amazing after a polish. i have two rear arches to go on engine bay is ok deffo needs a front slam panel but could throw 1 in aswell has billstiens allround (non adjustable) and a 40mm drop allround. has front strut brace. Has team dynamics pro race 1.2's in white with brand new tyres heres some pics and could someone tell me how much its worth or how much it could be worth if i sorted the bad bits out???

Car is running awfull at the mo so its going to noble motorsport to get fully tuned and set up so it should run even better

How many miles?
Tax/Mot?

At a guess, as it is, i'd say about a grand ish.

soz it had done before the rebuild over a 100k i had new clocks in the car which read 80k but its been a year since the engine rebuild so its probally done over 10k on rebuilt engine its got a years tax and mot

soz i know just wanted to know what it is worth but didnt know where to post it. I have been looking at mk2 golf gti's i just fancy something different and i have had my fun out of this plus the whole carb issues i have had i want something not as full on as this. Its just to FUN to drive if you catch my drift:confused:

If theres no visible rust why the need for two new rear arches?
Get it running properly, and if theres no rust you should get ?1500 or so. Sort out the problems before selling it.

Because there not perfect and theres rust underneath the arch not visible on the outside. Please read the thread in cars for sale
