No i think your referring to the map sensor.
Under coil is as Mike said.

now that ive got you attension :)
now and again the choke light come on when at normal operating temp go's off then comes on agin 5 mins later. the only mod under the bonnet is a k&n and i bloked the pipe that used to go to the carbon filter under the nearside wing. any ideas??

its not mounted to the inner wing directly, its mounted to a steel plate, that earths to the inner wing

Its the engine management light, not the choke light.
Look on Topbuzz it will tell you how to flash the fault codes out.

BTW its the 'Ignition amplifier module' :p ;) (had my head in the haynes manual last nite)
about the light???? it yellow but has the choke symbol on it not the normal piccy of an engine as you wouild expect??? thats why i asked
