Anyone local to sNottingham own, or have access to a chain saw?

Don't wanna buy one, would hire one if it's cheap enough!
It's not gonna be used for murdering anyone, i've got a load of branches i need to cut up and throw in a skip!

Go and buy some hedge clippers and do it by hand.

Or for the cost of hiring a chain saw you could probably buy a hedge strimmer.

I thought you needed some form of license for a chain saw.

Maybe thats just the excuse the police said so they could take Mr Choppy out of someone's face and confiscate it :(

I've been fighting the council for over a year to get them to move them, but they've done bugger all about it so will have to go another route!

you cant rent a chainsaw from hss tools or someone similiar, and it will be cheap, like a tenner or summat for a few day, as for liscnce, i dnt think you do, otherwise they would be an advisory on the box, cus mine doesnt, and seriously who is going to stop you when you have a chain saw i your hand

Humm, Argos do seem to sell chainsaws.
Buy one from there, then ebay it when done.
