Iv got adobe photoshop how the hell do you work it like put wheels on cars and that? and lower them HELP please!

My advice - buy a book from a shop - thats what I did - best thing I did. Comes with a CD and helpful tutorials on all the basics. I just skipped my way through it and picked up most my stuff by accident (cant be anussed reading)!
