having a bit of a muddle up this week i have got two heads which have both had work on and got them mixed up dont know what ones what how can i tell

You can't. XE and LET heads are the same anyway, just the cams that are different.

Only way to tell is by takin cams out and getting the part numbers off them

where abouts are the numbers on the cams which end

the only difference's are the camshafts, valve spring seats and valve springs
