fuel pump wires

hello just wondering if any one can help i just put me c20let into my nova and cant seem to get the fuel pump to switch on and of it just stays on with the ignition has any got any pics of how there done it or could help

Should be 2 wires bud very basic ,should be a BLUE/RED (LIVE FEED) and a BROWN (EARTH) the fuel pump will only work when the engine is being started(cranked over)

The pump is supplied a live feed from the blue/red(from the relay) as said it above.
Sounds like someones just wired yours straight to a black ignition feed.
