What else could i do to my engine to get a few extra BHP.

Spec so far. 1.6 runnin on twin 40's. Byldenstien B+ head, Shrick 290 degree cam. 4 Branch manifold, full serbring zorst system.

What else could i do to this to get it faster? :D Without going up C.C?

not much without spending alot of cash, such as bored out to 1650cc.
spend the extra bit on getting it tuned properly, and some decent oil ;)

Thas done ;) oil change every few k. Spose that will have to be it then till i go for a bigger capacitty.

I heard that using the four branch manifold can actually reduce performance on normal road cars, or even in the best case - make the car sound like there is a leak in the system at the front of the car. Increasing the bore on such a small engine sounds like a waste of money to me, I doubt you'll get much BHP per ???.

The next thing I would think of doing would be to add nitrous to the car. (I think it may be illegal to arm it on public roads though) You can get a kit for around ?500 or you can try and make one up yourself. Just do a google search for instructions ;)
