Leaking windscreen, what paste/sealant to use?

Hi peeps once again i'm in need of some advise, my winscreen is leaking and wanted to know what sealant to use, aparently its the soft rubber paste you can why does not solidify and works in between the rubber.

whats the stuff and where can you get it from and where do you apply it?:thumb:

water is coming in from the driver side bottom corner
