Realised my front tyres are pretty much dead on the inside last night:roll: Were fine before the 2ltr went inlol

They have gone bad on the inside still a good few mm left on the outside. Question i have is if i get the camber adjustment bolts, do i need the adjustable top mounts or can i just get one or the other?

Cheers for any help!

one or the other should do

you could maybe elongate the top holes on the shock, where it mounts to the hub and use that for camber adjustment, or move the holes on the top of the strut closer to the wing. sure somebody will be along soon to tell you the ratio of how far per mm lowered

camber bolts are a winner though, the adj. top mounts are alot of fannying around AFAIK

Thanks. Im using coilovers so dont feel like drilling through the struts lol

Can any old place with the laser alignment stuff adjust the camber? Or is it a specialist thing? Is it best to set it for neutral or a bit of negative camber? Its only used on the road.

Also anyone reccomend anywhere to get them? I thought i had seen them on rallydesign before but i cant find them now? Demon tweeks don't list them for a nova, can i assume the corsa b ones will be fine?

Tweeks sell them.
Same as corsa B.

They will need setting up at a tracking place tho, and re-setting everytime you remove the suspension.

I found these but can't be bothered to go measure the size of the hole lol

Almost ?50 for a pair of bolts though!

Demon tweeks list 12mm for the corsa b, that rally nuts website is a bit cheaper than tweeks. Exactly the same make as well:roll:

Just posting for anyone looking for an answer in the future.

what exactly do they do??????
how do they work???

where does the bolt go????

id immagine its 1 of the shock too hub assembly bolts..would that b rite

i'd wild bother on my old nova that was lowered 60mm.......the front tyres(yokohammas at 45 quid each) werent long in existence

i went through 2 sets while it was on the road..........but the rears are still as new

bolts go in top holes of strut-hub mounts

You will have to drill the top strut hole anyway for the camber adjustment bolts. It has been done on my Avo coilovers, but comes with the drill bit to open the hole out.

Thoroughly worth it IMO, the handling improvement is superb and my tyres wear perfectly now, no more inside edges.

Did you get the whiteline bolts? Get it done by a normal garage with tracking equipment?

I can't remember what make they are, they are from Regal if that helps.

I get mine tracked at a garage with 4 wheel laser alignment and just adjust them myself.
