How do i change the heater matrix in my '91 GSI. One of the pipes that connect to it through the bulkhead runs cold whereas the other runs hot so i am presuming it is blocked. How easy is it to do?? I Know this is a frequently asked question but can someone please give me a link to a fitting guide for a Digi-dash as i have one sitting at home but don't know how to wire it in.

put a hose pipe into it and wash it out

The heater matrix is just another radiator, so most of the water should be running colder OUT of it anyway. on a hot day its better to have the heater running (sounds stupid i know, but stops the engine overheating earlier)

engines don't over heat..... unless something is broken
