engine mpg/120bhp

right ill be getting a new nova soon with a real engine (petrol)

im after about 120bhp (fly) as i think thats enough to potter around the lanes in, but ill be after about 25-30mpg in edit cruise mode,1/2 throttle

is this even possable?
if so what engine and mods, really after an 8v aswell :thumb:

a 1.6 with a decent head job, reasonable compression a piper bp300 and a decent exhaust manifold. add in mappable management and run her lean (but safely lean) and you should get what you want....

1.6 16v, with de-cat/nice exhaust manifold.
