think this one is a studio, with seperate kitchen and bathroom!
If it has a seperate kitchen than it isn't a studio (or estate agents are selective with descriptions).
That's certainly not a bad price, My student digs used to be that with no bills, then again I had a floor of the house to myself, sole access to the garden and sea views.

Thats bloody good tbh. I'm sure you will wish its bigger but as its inclusive with bills, I dont think you could live anywhere that cheap tbh. Mothers accomodation aside.
so its a poncey studio. although still a lounge/bedroom combo.
get ontop of the bills/tax asap otehrwise they will come back and bite you in the ass. I made that mistake when I first moved out..... bad move to avoid council tax as they dont have a sense of humor about it :(

when it says all bills included, does that just mean water, electric etc, or will that be council tax aswell?

You will need to ask the landlord. If he/she is paying council tax for the property I think you can just add your name to the CT records as a resident.
at my old place, i payed ?260 per month..
that included gas, electric, water, tv licence, and counsil tax

I pay around ?275 a month for a 2 bed house, but that is from the sh!tty council!
Make sure you get it in writing exactly what your rent covers, and what you have to pay on top of rent!
stay at home, its the future lol lol
yeah drill the feck out of the landlord/existing tennants.
find out exactly what is/isnt included.
the council were after more than my TV lol, luckily I found they took credit card and slung it on there...twas close.

well, i live at home as its pointless me moving out right now. Im barely home as it is.
Once i start work for Virgin, ill be working around the UK, and very rarely be at home anyway lol
i pay ?330 a month rent and yeah the council dont have a sense of humour at all, nor do powergen or the water company - i let mine slip when i first moved in here and now im paying for it - also dont live close to the pub, it gets more tempting to nip for a quick pint ;)

yep gotta agree with the council tax thing.
i left my old house a few months ago leaving all the bills (as i do everytime i move out!). my old housemate rang me up the other week saying he'd just got out of the police cells.they'd tracked him down to his new place, knocked on his door and arrested him. spent all day in the nick and got dragged before the courts for non payment. were now paying it back at so much a month till its clear. there was also a warrant out for my arrest but i moved out of the area :D
basically if youve gotta pay one bill, its the council tax. they'll happily send you down if you dont!
as for the others, ive never paid a tv licence in 8years living in my own place.all that bollox about them having detector vans?yeah, ive never seen one!
Thats cheap, i'm renting just one room out in my house for ?310 all in down here, thats about average, not cheap, not most expensive!
i had a baliff knocking at my door - so if io dont pay them they take my TV, my stella fridge, my PS2 and a few other bits - altho since i want a new TV i might just let them take this one lol

thats why the bailiffs have found you. too long in one place.
#just remembered about an old flat of mine a few years ago. moved in with an ex girlfriend, rang british gas to tell them we'd moved in and if they could put our names on the bill. they were like 'sorry, we dont have flat 9 on our computer. we mustn't be supplying you.we have flat1-8 and 10-19 on record.try powergen or blah blah blah'
cut a long story short. no-one had it on record. a case of 'computer says no'. we lived their for about a year and didnt have one bill from anyone! should never have moved out of that placelol
lol dosent work that way now. as when you call up any supplier they just convert your address to one of theirs....
you cant beat moving into your own place.
once your out and settled you wont regret moving out.
for roughly around 350 a month between me and my missus we pay.. our rent, council tax, eleccy bill, phone bill, internet, gas, car insurance, food shopping, pet insurance and the our mobile phone bills.
it can be cheap it can be bad. when we first moved in our landlord was a ****hole! we were without carpet for 2 months, the ceiling was bowed and needed strapping and a window needed replacing and they put it all off for ages. but we didnt pay our rent until it was sorted.
just becareful some landlords are dicks, but my friend who rents a house out is really good on his. gets everything sorted within 48 hours on the house.. jus waiting for his current tennants to move! :D
make sure you double check what you are getting in that price
My old 1 bed flat was 575 per month,no bills, massive but in a **** building!
My current is 800 a month but thats a 3 bed, 3 story town house with a garage! No bills!
About ?1100 a month all in!
Im just about to rent my spare room out for 350pcm all in!
