Just make sure any wheel you get is over 6 inches wide, then you have the option to comfortably fit 195 45 14 tyres - perfect for dropping the car 80mm+ if you are doing the euro thing.

ronal turbo is 15".;)

@dannyb"195-45-14 icm 80 lowering and c20xe... mine's lowerd 60-60, and with 185-55-14 on the front and a c20xe.. i got 5 cm between the stabi and the ground.

i got 14 inch borbet T, 7J ET 25... icm 60-60 lowering. (yes, rear arches needed al lot of attention..)

Whatever you do, dont stray away from the correct offset. The steering will become vague & the whole 'Nova experience' gets ruined IMO.

I once saw some 14'' Alessios in Greece. Nice !

But I reckon anything in a 6x14'' with 185/55 rubber like a Saxo VTR runs would get my vote.

Saying that some phase 1 Renault 19 wheels would be a cheaply sourced, good looking wheel. Need machining though IIRC.

Half of those are neither available in 14" or anywhere near the correct offset.

185 55 14 is what I use also with a 40/40 drop, except on Cavalier 5.5j steelies with loads of clearance. They aren't too pricey and have a good range of tyres. I reckon you'd need the 45 profile tyres on 80mm PLUS drop (so possibly 100mm +) to minimise the arch work though.

in my case best should be a 175-50-14 all around. front and rear arches are widend. i want it lower, but with the c20xe in front and the needed spacers between the stabi i'll be scraping it as hell.

what's all about the offset?! if you want it euro with a deep dish.. the lower the ET, the better.

g888kag what brakes have you got? i like the steely look so was thinking about some vaux items, its just the balloon tyres put me of.

ive got corsa gsi brakes on mine so i cant put 13's on like i wanted, 14's should be fine though i take it??

I've got ebc 256's behind them atm, as most cav had 256's as standard. I've got 185/60/14 tyres on them at the mo, and like craig green has already suggested, i'll be swopping them for 185/55/14s asap (standard saxo fit)
Will hopefully be swapping to some euro style 13's next year so will have to lose the brakes and rims. Braking will then be an issue!
