Right then after having a bit of trouble getting enough fuel into the engine at pv Ive had a re-think of it an changed it all. There are many different, more effective and easier ways over the come the problem than the way i went about it, but this was the cheapest way I could do as I really dont have much money at all, pretty much how the whole car has been built really.

So what I did was keep the original fuel tank an walbro 255 pump but increased the size of the fuel lines and left that fuel system purely for the engine and also fitted a cossy weber fuel reg. I then fitted an small ally tank in the spare wheel well with its own fuel pump (nova gte) an kept the two systems seperately with its own regulator. The fuel lines for the nitrous are run inside the car while the original ones are in the same place.

Its a long way of going about the problem but all it cost me was ?50 for tank an then just some fuel line / copper pipe which was about a third of the price of the pump i would have needed to use.

All seems to work ok and on the rollers it runs a afr of mid / low 10s all the way to the limiter which is running it very safe at the moment. All to do now is try down the 1/4 mile. I managed to get a terminal speed of 122mph last time whiling backing off so with more fuel an an good run i would like to see high 120's over line an hopefully some better times to follow, but looking at the weather report it isnt going to happen this weekend.

Phil, why don't you keep all the gubbins in the spare wheel well?, and then panel it in, would be safer, don't want to see you go up in flames.lol

You can just see it on the news now "Car contains a canister of petrol, a very large gas cylinder, and some kind of detonating device(the fuel pump)"

 lollol

Nice one phil, hopefully it'll run safely now. :)
