Looks like there for the F28 due to them having 3 bolt holes, F20 only has 2 holes. What box you fitting ?
If its the F28 then 2 plates go between the mount & box & the other sits on the other side of the mount, you've gotta notch the mount so they sit flush, the spacer (tube) then fits between the holes that stick up.
If its the F20 then theres only 2 monting holes, so you may as well chop the extra hole off thats sticking up in the middle, then its just a case of fitting 2 plates between the box & mount.
Hope that made sense !!

F20 / F16 have 3 holes as standard.

Two plates go between the gearbox and the mount and one goes the other side of the mount. You have to modify the mound a bit to make them sit flush. The little tube goes between the holes in the top part of the mount. Its obvious when you have it all in front of you. My car is on the trailer at the mo. I will see if I can take a piccy.

Couldn't take a piccy but I found one thats actually 'wrong' but shows what I am on about. Whats wrong in this piccy is that there is only one spacer plate between then gearbox and mount DOH!!

The white joint on the end of the gearlinkage needs flipping round to meet the F20
