I was just reading your guide,for the 18th/19th time its making sense to me,as I actually looked under the bonnet! lol-I am feeling confident over converting my existing linkage to a single wiper,I can see that shortening the metal arm makes it a larger sweep,but I am confused now over to where the wiper arm sits!if u shorten it,does that mean that the wiper arm will now sit near the center of the windscreen,as in centrally parked?-if so,it may not be bang on middle will it?-wot happens if u want the wiper parked to the the one side?-these are the only bits confusing me now!

it dont change where it sits, u can do that by undoing the piece connected to the motor, and moving it around to suit where u want the arm to stop!!

If the wiper sits off cenral after using it to clear the windscreen, put some squirty on to centralise it

If it has tits or wheels it'l giv u probs!:)

as dicko says

move the linkage around the motor to where u want it parked, and then tighten the nut
