What does this sound like,
driving along ma pals private road @ 110 and the cars sounds like it popped out of gear, then i could put it in any gear with out clutch, also the rev counter & speedo were going up at the same time, the car was undriveable so i got it towed back to the garage. checked if it was still doing the same thing, the car had fixed it self. drive the car another 5miles it was fine then this morning started it in gear and it done the same thing it done on the motor way no gears. spoke 2 someone about it and they think it could be the circlip on the shortest driveshaft?
