boss kits

Is it possible to buy the new base plate thing on boss adaptor kits so that the boss will fit to the splines better as the one i have has play in it when fitted and i think it is because the grooves in the base are slightly worn (hopefully you lot can understand what i mean!) I didnt know wether to put this in mechanical or styling either, i think i got it rate!

Yep thats what i mean mine is like that too but the disc of metal that is bolted to the bottom with the grooves in it seems to be worn so i just wondered if i could just buy a new one of them rather than buy a whole new boss?
