The fuel hose(s) that connect directly to the tank on my carbed model have perished quite badly, what's the ID of the tubing I need to buy, and do Nova's have anti-syphon devices? thanks.

Nitrile is the good stuff.

Yes thanks Jack. I'm planning to pick some up locally tomorrow though, but its got around half a tank in it right now, so if I can't syphon it I need to find a safe way to get it out lol.
tip it out. if you can lower it down far enough to be able to tip it out of one of the holes. when i bought a gsi tank it had a little in it however no pipes were fitted but i just flipped it upside down and it al came trickling out.
surely you would even be able touse the syphon pump your on about even if you just disconnect a pipe from the filler neck.

I want to syphon the fuel out so that it doesnt spill when I disconnect the hose to replace it - the tank will be staying put. I've got a fair amount of driving to do tonight so I'll try jacking the drivers side as high as I can with the passenger side on the ground :).
