View Full Version : Removing the bulkhead

Any info, pics of the process, how far down to grind etc as I'm seriously contemplating removing the bulkhead.

Was stripping the car last night and preparing for relocating the battery and found loads of silicone sealant up at the top of the passengers footwell.... A few prods and harsh words and discovered it to be a bloody bodged up rust hole by the previous owner :mad: Why can't some people fix things properly :mad:

Anyway got the drill and wire brush out and its turned into a 8"x1" hole now.

Also, keep the wiper motor mount if you have the original nova wiper motor/linkage.

Also, keep the wiper motor mount if you have the original nova wiper motor/linkage.i found using a corsa wiper motor and linkage works very nicely with the bulkhead removal
