underbody stone chip protection

so what do people reccomend as ive heard shutz aint all its cracked up to be, the nova has this tough yellow rubbery stuff under the arches from the factory, anyone know what this is??

Matt, I imagine what your talking about is spray sealer, If your planning on an underbody resto removing all the old stuff etc, Id say the best way to go would be to strip all the old gear then prime the areas you want to do followed by spray sealer then either shutz or underbody spray on waxoil would see the job done correctly,This is how we do things at my work etc, Only problem you may come across is finding the correct dual air sealer gun, The one we use you can alter air and sealer mix to get the correct original spray sealer look your after,regards, Nick.
