8mm ID so will be about 12mm+ OD overall

with regards to ends, some say you need proper aero quip, where as you dont HAVE to have it, we dont even use that on our rallys cars, and tbh i dont know of anyone that does either lol

I just ran the feed hose through the shell, using nice tight grommits, BUT i ran the return line under the car, to reduce fuel smell, as mines not a comp spec of anyform :thumb:

Go to a hydrolics place and get it made up there. I did my whole fuel system with JIC-6 fittings, bulk head fittings, PTFE lined braided hoses in the car (don't use rubber the smell seeps threw and it really stinks!!) and normal over braided rubber for the rest for about ?100 ish.

EDIT: It should be less. I had rubber lines inside the car but replaced them when I found out that the smell seeped threw.
