I remember reading a how-to fitting guide in either Revs or Total Vauxhall for a Harry Hockley airbox for the 1.6 8v engine. It was a good few years back and I've had a look on the HH site and it doesn't appear to be listed. Does anyone know if they are still available?
Cheers.
probably not. and probalby not worth the stupid cost that he would charge lol
all it was is a modded gsi airbox, iirc
not hard to do

You're right enough, it was a Blydenstein airbox, not a HH one - my mistake.
I remember it was a lot less restrictive than the standard box and made quite a difference to performance.
Is the company still in business? There doesn't appear to be any sign of them on the net.

All it was, is a std Bosch fit airbox, the deflector plates inside are snapped off & you cut a large hole in the front to suit some trunking fed from the grille. Use a high flow replacement filter element & job done.
