Ive just bought some 17" RSKahn alloys from the local breakers taken off a Astra. They have got 205/40/17 Goodyear F1 tyres and the wheels have no curbings or anything.
I got them cheap too...

What work do i need to do to get these to fit? Also what methods do i need to make them fit at the rear.
The car they are going onto is a g-reg GTE lowered 40mm springs only with standard shocks.
The 15s on there have got 50 profile tyres, so overall theres only about an inch and a bit in it all round, so they will go on, its just a matter of how...:)LOL

Please help, as i want to fit them now!

Thanks in advance.

i think firstly you will have do do quite aot of arch work as kahns are completely the wrong ofset and you will probably need to get 195 tyres as well

They weren't kahn wheels when they turned up, they were BSW replica's of kahns. The stud pattern was okay, fronts went on fine, but the rears were just too wide! They were 7.0x17" so the rear arch literally sat on the tyre...and thats with the lips trimmed!

Oh well, selling them now for ?400 and then getting me some speedline allesio's...
