Here`s a nice little project for someone,please view the pics at the bottom.....
Vauxhall nova cabriolet rolling shell with softop which is in very good condtion,(paid ?440 for the roof to be made by aldridge trimmings).shell has been professionally strengthened,has a rollbar and strengthened inner sills and floor.shell is in very good condition well worth restoring,car is registered as a cabriolet on the logbook and was checked by dvla in 2001.
I have owned this car for the last seven years and i have had various engines and bodykits on it in this time.
front wings and bonnet was brand new in 2005 so no rust there,doors have had vectra handles flushed in to them,i was one of the first to do this,i also had the same handle flushed into the boot-lid.this opens on a solinoid which ill leave in.bottom of drivers door just starting to go at the bottom.passenger side is mint.
boot lid is mint and open via solinoid.
floor is all sound,inner sills all all sound,outer sill just starting to go,boot floor is mint
rear archs are very good been ground back for bigger wheels so no lip.
under the bonnet,battery tray is mint,chassis legs are mint,inner chassis is all mint.
so just a few patchs to make solid again..

The softtop was made by aldridge trimmings and cost ?440 and is still in good condition,with a mint tonneou cover for when roof is down,

will leave on the shell: petrol tank,brake lines,fuel lines,steering rack,wiring loom,fusebox,heater,front wiper motor,steering column,ignition&keys,dashboard digi clocks removed.
will come rolling on steels...
complete with private plate which is valued at ?400 from reg transfers last week,would rather leave it with the shell.new owner could sell if not wanted.
i have the full logbook in my name,old mots,reciepts etc.

got to remember its only a shell :) ALSO I PAID LESS THEN THAT FOR AN ORGINAL CABRO ;)

you get get minter shells of ebay for less then that
i can get a mint TD shell, new wings, bonnet, sills, boot, arches, and a fresh coat of paint for ?350 :thumb:
