Popped in to Asda to buy Forza 2 (first full lauch price title I've bought) for ?37.99 on Saturday night.

Took my box to the customer service desk to pick up the game which the lady put into the holder bit inside the case. She then put the instruction booklet in its section. No problems so far....

As I was walking to the car I thought I'd flip the disk over and check for scratches... no scratches so I'm a happy chappy. Sat in the gf's car and thought I'd have a quick flick through the booklet...

Amazingly another Forza 2 disk falls out the book. :D

I popped back in the following morning and told them I'd bought the game and not go the instructions which they gave me. Now I've got 2 copies of Forza for the price of 1 :thumb:

Decided to give one copy to my brother as I'm nice rather than just sell it on.

similar to when i got a free digital camera with my macbook, but PCworld were out of stock of the cam so gave me a voucher for it... came in got the camera but they didnt mark or take the voucher off me so went back in 2 days later and got another. would have kept doing it but they took it off me the 2nd time lol.

Thats pretty lucky, this happened to me once in mac donalds on holiday down Weymouth, bought a bic spac meal, 3 quid whatever, paid with a fiver, and they give me ?6 odd changed, so being the kind person i am, i went back an bought my girlfriend one too!lol:thumb:

I love stuff like that!! I had a lucky event too, went to halfords to buy a K&N, on the way to the till, had a nose at the headunits, found a wicked JVC one which took pen drives...anyway...it was ex display so reduced to ?100 quid. Took the K&N order form and the stereo to the till, the lady said is that everthing....yes i replied...gave her my card put in my pin...walked outside got in car, got back to work to see that i had received the headunit free of charge....she must of got confused......?100 saving!!! still feel bit guitly though....but its not like i stole it!!

I got the whole prechristmas family shop & a 21" flatscreen tv from an asda for ?179. the girl managed to miss the scanner with the tv barcode. Like a mug, I said 'is that right?'. She said 'yes, just go to customer services to get the warranty validated', As If......
