does anyone know of anyone who does the turbo conversion on a gte engine apart from courtney.
ive been told about somone in blackpool, are these conversions any good and what about reliabilaty,power and the price

fink there 800quid from blackpool m8 turbo docter i was gunna get 1 this summer then thought hmm u can hav a 16v for that with as much or more power with out as much reliability worries as he duznt lower the compresion ratio

Justnovas in nottingham do it a lot cheaper than courtenay. Check their web site www.justnovas.co.uk

The turbo doctor does lower the compression ratio. Its exactly the same as courtney. They put a copper head gasket inbetween 2 normal head gaskets. I've got his details at home i'll post em later.
