16" Compomotive alloys...

Will they fit onto my G-Reg GTE?
Its been lowered 45mm all round on springs only, and I was going to get 195/45/16 tyres to go onto it...or would 205 tyres fit okay? Also do you think the white alloys would suite a metallic grey car? Anyone done this before, if so got any pics?

Ive got another question though, my Mk1 GTE is running 15s with 195/50/15 tyres all round and doesnt rub or catch, could I get 17" alloys to go on their as it is with 205/40/17 tyres? Its not that much bigger with the thin tyres, if I keep the width down...?
The inner rear arches appear to have been rolled upwards, but im not 100% sure, the lip is tucked up inside the arch...rolled or not?
