wanting to put a hydro handbrake on my nova?

would it be worth putting a rear disc axle on it?

its going to be used for autotesting so i need a very good handbrake!

what do i need to do?

cheers, Greg

drum rear beam will suffice. More than enough stopping power for a nova, especially autotesting.

A Hydro handbrake won't pass an MOT, you still need a cable operated one for MOT, think you can get a hydro handbrake that has attatchments to hook a cable up to it as well.
Try Demon Tweeks or somewhere.

See if you can get a copy of the Competition Build Manual, explains how to do it in there. Not that difficult tho really, get your self a Master Cylinder ( http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/products/ProductDetail.asp?cls=MSPORT&pcode=TAS169 ) knock up a bracket behind the handbrake then attatch to the handbrake lever, make up some brake lines and jobs sorted.
