lol well by the looks of it he wont last long doing things like that
And people wonder why young lad drivers are lebelled 'boys racers'!
How hope the little prick gets the maximum possible sentance.
The otherthing that bothers me is how the hell he managed to video himself doing 140mph, from what i've heard ;) you berely have time to blink at that speed - let alone be bothered about zomming your camera phone on the dials...

no proof that he was driving as you dont see his face
=
no prosecution
whoever was driving was driving like a complete lemon though. how fcuking dangerous is undertaking on the hard shoulder at 120mph!
He definitely shouldn't be allowed to get his licence back for a while, I thought it was going to be 140mph on night time stretch of empty Mway, not buzzing round other road users. Hopefully daddy won't be stupid enough to insure him a second time either.
I couldn't care less if he wiped himself out across the scenary, the problem is when he plows into other road users, imagine if it was your own father/mother killed by a pr1ck like him?

Bingo. Even rent-a-lawyer would have a field day getting that one kicked way out of court. There's no evidence thats his car, and no evidence thats him driving. Even if the vid is posted under his username on youtube, or he's posted on a forum bragging, you couldn't convict him - whats to say his account hadn't been hacked and the video posted by someone else to frame him.
Yes, if that IS him, he's an absolute tool for driving like a cock (how the feck he managed to insure an MR2 after only just passing his test is beyond me - the turbo is group 20 and judging by the acceleration at speed, thats no n/a car) but unfortunately as per the recent internet speeding headlines, the police can't touch him.

there is no way of knowing if he was insured at the time though, not for us lot to know anyway.
As for the mum/dad being involved in an accident thing, nevermind them, how about if it was your other half and your kid on their way to or from school?

I?m all for giving your car a quick step on he loud pedal at night when there is little chance of anyone else being involved in the event of a crash. imagine you misses is heavily pregnant and he hits your car, and kills the two in the passenger seat.. Could you hold yourself back from killing the tool?
