just a quick question really if i havnt got the transponder key for the ecu how would i get around in doing it

You dont get round it(else it wouldnt be much of an immobiliser system)

Unless you pay ?200 ish to have the ecu immobiliser wiped.

Or get a complete transponder, pickup and ecu from another vehicle.

well my has a c16xe head and loom and ecu could i use that on the x16xe blockor do i still need to use the x16 ecus n loom

You could use a c16xe loom, ecu etc yeah.
But you'd need a few other bits too, the inlet pipe and the air flow meter.
