Grey Vinyl

Does anyone know the easiest way to remove the grey vinyl sticker things on the side of my SR??

This question is asked quite often, the answer seems to be to heat it carefully with a hair dryer to soften the glue and then work along slowly peeling it off. The left over adhesive can be removed using t-cut and elbo grease. The other guys may have some more advice as I have never actually done this myself.

He is right! Heat it up and it will come off easier.

I have done it, and I think I told PJ how 2 do it (cant remember) anyway the important thing is heat it up and it peels off. Dont over heat it, and check if theres any rust b4 you start peeling coz it can reveal a very rusty door in a few seconds !! You have been warned.

i heated it up with a heat gun, the pulled it off. and sticky bits i got off with white spirit!!

don't heat it up - get a big 'ammer and twat it till it looks right!

it b a right twat though - i gave up, sanded it flat and blended it in, and painted over it! - good luck
