webber 40's

i have some webber 40's that need a clean they are jetted for a 1.6. They have filters but they are rusted on the top plates and they need cleaning. i have a bag off jets aswell but its just the webbers no manifould any other bits ?120 ono

do these come with a manifold for a gsi/gte engine?
also alternator lowering bracket and throttle linkages?

when were they last on a car and is there anything broken on them?
